The Ellery is a residential community located on Gardner Street in West Roxbury. Featuring a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments, fitness center, and other common amenities, the 71-unit building replaced several commercial buildings in the area.
Project Cost $725,000
Finish Carpentry and Painting of 71 residential units.
Strata Malden is a residential apartment building featuring bright, modern, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units.
Project Cost $1.1 Million
Renovation of 110 residential units in occupied building. Consisted of replacing kitchen finishes, flooring, and painting.
35 Braintree is a 7-story multi-family residential building features 149 units, common areas and lounges, as well as bike storage.
Project Cost $650,000
Tile and Flooring installation of all residential units.
Polished concrete in lobby and common areas.
